Many of you are Keep Full customers. This means we will monitor your usage and periodically fill your tank. Will Call customers give us a call when heating oil is needed. Any customer within our delivery area who would like to be added to the Keep Full program may do so at any time with a completed and approved credit application.

If you are a will call customer, you MUST call us no later than 4:00 p.m. the day BEFORE we are scheduled to be in your area so that you can be added to the list. Otherwise, you will have to wait until the following week for a delivery, or be charged an additional $30.00. This $30.00 charge, which is paid directly to our driver, is applicable to after hours or weekend calls as well.

Should you live in an area that is particularly hazardous due to excessive rain, mud, ice, or snow, please realize that our truck may not be able to access your driveway. Please have your tank filled BEFORE those adverse weather conditions can occur. Also, please clear away any obstructions from the area around your oil tank or the driveway leading to your tank such as tree branches, etc. Your consideration in these matters is GREATLY appreciated by our driver!

Please be aware that any of the following conditions will increase the amount of heating oil you may use during the season: physical changes to your home such as a room addition; unusually cold weather; ilness in the family; or an increase in the number of household members. Note to Keep Full Customers: let us know if any of these conditions occur so that we may refigure your delivery date.
